I know it's been awhile and I do apologize for missing my fellow crafter's blogs because I do hate to miss all of your wonderful creativity. Please forgive my absence. But I have been crafting. ;-0
Over at Stampin' Dymonz Scrap Shack, there is so much going on, I sometimes forget about Tellen's Place Designs (oops!). Speaking of..you should check it out - we have some wonderful designs created by the lovely Sandra and the fabulous Stampin' Dymonz! Back to the Shack (or The Village, as we call it), I was able to get in on crafting around an initial...yes, a letter of the alphabet.
After looking at all of the letters the members posted, I finally came up with a way to decorate Cassi's, my June swap partner. I decorated it with TH papers, took pearls and wrapped it around the top and added a stick pin from a swap I'd been in.
I took one of TH's journaling tickets and spelled out her name with sticker letters and added a key from K&Company.
These are flowers she made and had given to me in another swap and they fit perfectly (along with the ones from Recollections). It was a lot of fun making this initial for Cassi. I'm going to do more of these in the future!
