As my earlier post mentioned, we are doing this blog hope to spread love to a dear little girl who suffered the loss of her mother at the hands of teenagers in a random burlglary. You can read more here on the Stamp Something for Jaimie blog. She also suffered horrible injuries and was left for dead in her driveway. I made a card that I am sending to Jaimie below. I'm told she likes the colors hot pink and black; likes snowboarding, biking and skateboarding. She also has a black belt in karate.
I did this pretty pink card with the Pollycraft Ginger Lee image - its so cute. The inside is below with the hot pink.

This is my first "blog-hop" and I am very impressed with all the beautiful cards I have seen. Card making is fairly new to me and I can only aspire to produce cards half as wonderful as the ones I've seen on this blog-hop. I will be sending a card to Jaime and hope she receives some comfort from know that so many people are keeping her and her father in their thoughts and prayers.

the bright colours are very sheery i think i will use a black and pink heart paper kind of rock star for one of the cards i will be creating for this young girl

Spectacular card! After reading about the blog hop on Tangii's site, I immediately created a card using Bumble Bee from Sugar Nellie. Just struggling over my wording on the message and then it will be mailed out. Thank you for drawing attention to such a worthy cause! My mom lost her mom at 14 years - I don't think a girl ever gets over it but I'm glad to see the determination of card makers to show Jaimie that there is still light in this world.
