Hello everyone,
After taking care of some things on the home front, I decided I needed to make something other than cards or a purse. I happened across Split Coast Stampers and there was a tutorial by Jane, a fantastic crafter who lives in my area AND is a teacher at the craft store I frequent. We blogged a bit and finally met at one of the Copic classes she taught there - it was a lot of fun.
Jane is so very creative and such a sweet soul. I couldn't have been more inspired than to try to make this little goodie myself. I liked the outcome so much that I'm going to make a bunch more (for holiday gifts) for my relatives who enjoy my cards.
The paper is K&Company (Tim Coffey's collection) and double sided. I am such a paper addict. Having this tutorial for this paper was perfect.
The pin came from a lovely lady that I did a paper swap with - it worked well sitting atop the bow (an endless supply of ribbon that I won from AAM). I didn't have a magnet, so I had to compromise with the button, which worked well.
The inside tabs were smeared with Tsuneko Versa Magic ink (Aloe Vera).
Thank you Jane for making this such an easy tute to follow! Thanks y'all for stopping by!
Happy Crafting! :-)
