I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and didn't have to work.
First, let me show you the other three cards I had made with the items I had bought at one of my favorite craft stores.
The card had a snowflake background, so I added one of the tags (a Christmas tree) and a Santa, given to me years ago from my UK buddy, Sandra, who had been one of Tellen's Place designers.
I like decorating the inside and lightly inked the edges and added another fabric tree.
This snowman tag worked great with the card background. I added a few embellishments to make it "pop!"
The inside snowman is an embellishment that worked well with this card.
The mittens' tag was so cute and worked well with the background card paper. The leaves are actually from a button pack I purchased (see previous post for those photos).
Don't you just love that little present?
Well, I didn't finish making any holiday cards, purchased them instead from a local department store. It was so much easier. I also did some baking:
Gingerbread Men
Snickerdoodles
Rice Krispy Treats
Peppermint Sugar Cookies
(L) Russian Tea Cakes and (R) Toffee Sugar Cookies & M/M Sugar Cookies
Banana Nut Bread
So you see, I was pretty busy (heehee). Whew...glad that's over with. My family enjoyed these goodies (that was their holiday gift).
'Tis the season to be jolly. I sure hope you had a fabulous Christmas.
Thanks for stopping by! ;-)

Hi Terry, Hope you had a fabulous holiday. I just got home and we had a wonderful time. The kids will be leaving to go home tomorrow. I plan to do some crafting. Hope you saved me some of those goodies.. hehe... they look very tasty.
Happy New Year Terry! Love your cards and all your baking look so delicious!
Hello dearest Terry,
These cards are just soooooo beautiful... I love the insides as much as the outsides. Very stylish and the ribbon looks great.
You are such a gem of a blog buddy, you know. I just received your Christmas card the day I returned from my vacation and it made my day. It is as beautiful as your handmade cards and to me it means the world. Thanks for all the love and joy you send my way. I am sure it will come back to you in ample measure. The goodness you give is bound to.
Now I am going to let go of my hoarding tendencies and make cards out of the stuff you sent me.
And listen, your baked goodies look so delightfully yummy. so you are a serious baker as well beside being so arty and crafty.
Much love and gratitude,
M
