The Village Scraps - First Edition!

Good morning lovely bloggers!

Well, I never thought I would be published. Typically, I would either miss the deadline or I could never make something I thought was going to be picked up by the magazine. HA! This time, not only am I featured a few times in this fantastic magazine, but Tellen's Place Designs also gets an airing - yay! Thanks Stampin' Dymonz! :>)

This is an acetate candy holder that I made (King Mufasa has eaten every delicious morsel of this wonderful "Werther's Originals" with the caramel center).

If you'd like to see more of what I've created (that I didn't publish here), click here for Stampin' Dymonz Scrap Shack or here for the online edition of The Village Scraps. This magazine posts many projects from our DT on a weekly basis, so check it out - really a great team of crafting Divas!

Happy Crafting! :~)

Yaaaaaaaaayyyy! So happy for you, Terry. And your creations deserve every bit to get published. This candy box seems nicer than the candy inside.

Come and see my latest post - it is with papers from your blog candy.

Thrilled for you and Tellen's place as well.

xxx Monica

How exciting for you Terry!!! You so deserve it! I would love to have something published. Your candy box is super cute. I may have to try this osmetime. You have used my favorite candy too! :) I have had my daughters here with me the past week or so with their kids. It has been so enjoyable. It is hard to let them go home. I hae been sewing doll clothes for my other grand-daughter. We made a little quilt for the doll the other night and my grand-daughter helped with the quilting. She is only 8 years old. It is so fun to do stuff with them. Well, I hope you are having an enjoyable summer and that all is well in your neck of the woods.
Hugs, Nancy
