I want to thank all of you who participated in the hop and also made cards and sent to Jaimie. It was horrible what happened to her. Thank you for spreading the love. You really know how to make a difference.

Many thanks to the participants - did you know more than 60 of us bloggers participating in the blog hop, spreading the love and encouraging people to make cards for Jaimie? Incredible!

Kudos to Erin and Denise for being so kind hearted to coordinate this activity for her. It is with big hearts like these that make this world a better place!

Stamp Something...for Jaimie Blog Hop

Today is the day! Let's spread the love for Jaimie.

Our blog hop starts with Katharina Frei (Creative Ideas by Katharina Frei). If you didn't start there, click here so you'll be on the right track. We have lots of prizes and some of us individuals are having blog candy too that you won't want to miss out on.

If you got here from Jennifer Stricken's blog (Random Vintage Finds), then you're on the right track!

As my earlier post mentioned, we are doing this blog hope to spread love to a dear little girl who suffered the loss of her mother at the hands of teenagers in a random burlglary. You can read more here on the Stamp Something for Jaimie blog. She also suffered horrible injuries and was left for dead in her driveway. I made a card that I am sending to Jaimie below. I'm told she likes the colors hot pink and black; likes snowboarding, biking and skateboarding. She also has a black belt in karate.I did this pretty pink card with the Pollycraft Ginger Lee image - its so cute. The inside is below with the hot pink.

Let's help Erin and Denise in this effort and send as many cards with our love and get well wishes as we can. If you join this blog hop and leave a message, I will put your name in a special drawing I am having for this particular cause. You can see the blog candy in my side bar. Don't forget to mention if you are making a card for Jaimie (your name will be entered twice). You can send your card to:

Jaimie Cates
c/o Mont Vernon Fire Station
Main Street
Mont Vernon, NH 03057

Now hop on over to Libby Hickson's blog. Thanks for joining us in this worthy cause!

Stamp Something...for Jaimie

I've gotten to know Erin Bailey's kindness in a number of ways. First, when she started a card crusade for little Paige, who was in a horrible boating accident and had part of her arm amputated. Secondly, when I won the challenge on Stamp Something (a delicious Copics package was sent by Erin shortly thereafter). Now, Erin has reached out to some of us in the blogging community to help another little girl, Jaimie, who lost her mother during a random break-in of their home. Jaimie was badly hurt and even when she manages to heal, she and her father will have to deal with not having her mom around.

Erin and Denise are organizing a blog hop starting Monday, November 2nd and I would love it if you could join in and help make cards to send to Jaimie. I'll be a part of this amazing blog hop to show "some love" to a little girl across the way. We make cards for challenges; let's make a card to make a difference in a little girl's life.
You can read more about Jaimie's story here. I want to help make a difference and will be offering up a fantastic prize for those joining the blog hop which will run November 2nd to November 9th. To start, leave me a comment on what you'd like to see in this prize (let's be reasonable though) - might as well make a wish list! Maybe you'd like to see K & Company die cuts, a gift certificate from your favorite online store...you can even send an e-mail to me to keep it private (terryoulboub@yahoo.com). :p

Let's really rally together and show love to a little girl and make a difference in her life. Stay tuned for this super cool blog hop!
