Tellen's Place Button Challenge

Good morning everyone!

Don't you just love Fridays? It ends the week and starts the weekend!

King Mufasa had to go to Morocco because his father is in the hospital and has to have heart surgery. It's weird not having him around but the place is nice and tidy! ;-) You know you have to make a joke so you don't cry because you miss him more than you thought you would!

Tellen's Place, my other blog, is having a challenge this week - buttons! I love buttons but the Divas really made some great designs with their buttons - you can check them out here.

I used my art journal for this project, using MS's border punch on the papers. My SU scallop punches always come in handy for those sentiments. My image is a TPD digital image drawn by my son Markus. You can see more of these images at the store.

I hope you have a wonderful day and super fun weekend! Happy Crafting! :-)

Hi Terry,

I hope King Mustafa comes back sooner rather than later, and that his Dad's surgery goes well...

I love this card... the colours are so well co-ordinated and the check paper looks awesome - reminds me of fabric. The image is coloured to perfection and the buttons look perfect. Lovely card, Terry.

Hugs,

Monica

Sorry, silly me - I meant journal... time to go to bed really but here I am blogging away as it is so very addictive, you know. It is 11.45 pm and I think it is time to go to bed lest I make more mistakes like calling a journal cover a card. Lol!

Hope hubby is ok in Morocco and his Dad is soon well. The Doc has been away for 3 days sorting the funeral arrangments so I know how you feel about the house being lonely. On the plus side I have blitzed it top to bottom!!! When The doc gets back he won't recognise the place. lol.
Have a crafty weekend. Hugs Mrs A.

Terry, I pray that his father is better soon and that he gets back home before you go completely nuts. Love the card and the way you layered the borders. I have to look for this image. Really like it.
