Updates

Good morning sweeties,

Yesterday was a long day in class but I'm happy to say that it was well worth it. Jennie was the Copics Instructor and I couldn't have been happier. She has a fantastic blog and she's a dynamite teacher who knows what she's doing! She's so much fun and won't put you to sleep!

If you get the chance to attend a Copics Certification class, it is worth every penny. We all got a Copics pouch filled with Copics that match so that you can go home and practice. Inside was also a colorless blender and reinker - how cool is that? Lots of Copics! I now own 40 Copics (compared to some in the class who own 300 and more -- what joy!).

As you can see, I learned new techniques - feathering and blending. This is important in coloring with Copics for me. I still need to practice, of course, but I'm getting it! The two classes I took previously, I just didn't get it. With practice, you get it! :-)

Have a lovely day! ;~)

WAY TO GO TERRY... The thing that I have learned is PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. I own over 165 markers. And there are still more to come. And I use them all.

Hi, Terry!!! Always glad to hear of my friends having a great day!!! I too wish I had copic classes available near me; I am trying so hard to learn how to use them and it's just not easy for me. Love that you're giving it your best and having such fun with them.

Oh Terry...I am so envious of you. I wonder if they have them around where I live. I will have to check it out. Have fun with your new toy!!!

How funny! I just took my Copics certification class on 9/11 too! That would have been a trip if we were in the same class but mine was in CA. :)

I loved it! I can't wait to apply what I've learned! :)
